*Basement Remodeling*

	Basement Remodel completed in Hillsborough, New Jersey in a townhouse complex. Old basement was completely demolished due to excessive code violations. New basement consists of a family room with a built in audio/video cabinet. Room has pre-wired Dolby 5:1 surround sound. Second living space consists of a playroom or office space. Additional storage includes laundry room and walk in storage closet.


	Seven hundred square foot walk in basement located in a townhouse in Montgomery Township, New Jersey. Consists of two living spaces, a large L shaped family room and home office featuring double French doors. Room pre-wired for Dolby 5:1 surround system that was installed upon completion. Main living space features a 6' sliding door and twin windows. Additional storage space provided.


	Complete modification of an existing finished basement. Conversion converted space into three rooms, one living room, a home office, and an exercise room. Behind the TV unit is the exercise area. Completed basement remodel includes a flueless gas fireplace that was installed with southwestern tile work. A built-in storage niche replaced a closet. Dolby 5:1 surround sound system installed. Generous storage rooms were built into the design.


	The customer of this basement alteration wanted additional space for their home office. Equally important was storage space. The basement was finished to include a nicely sized office with a spectacular amount of storage. Two walk in closets completed with wire shelving on all walls along with one reach in closet finished in wire shelving were built. The remainder of the back storage area was completely shelved.
